GOOD MORNING & GOOD NIGHT
- 1.5 oz Coffee Infused Hennessy VS * (see below)
- 0.5 oz Tia Maria
- 0.5 oz Madeira
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dash Cherry Bitters
- Garnish: Lemon Twist & Coffee Beans
Add all liquids to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled, strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube and garnish with a lemon twist and 3 coffee beans.
* Coffee infused Hennessy VS
- 1 cup Hennessy VS
- 1 Tablespoon rough ground Coffee Beans
Add coffee beans to Hennessy, let stand for 6 hours, shaking vigorously every hour. After 6 hours has passed, strain through a fine sieve and re-bottle the infused liquid. Lasts 6 months.

- 3/4 oz Ardbeg 10 yr Scotch
- 3/4 oz Green Chartruese
- 3/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime Juice
Combine ingredients with ice and shake.
Strain out in a coup and add a brandied cherry as a garnish.

- 1.5 oz Ardbeg 10 Year Islay Scotch Whisky
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
- ¼ oz Cherry Liqueur
Stir & strain up into a coupe glass.
