She’s not only beautiful, but the sweetest thing ever! Jennifer really opened up to me. You would never know from her on screen work, but behind the scenes she has been suffering in pain from Celiac disease. I learned so much about this disease and how she has completely changed the way she eats. Chef Frank Prisinzano of Sauce knew exactly what to cook. Instead of pasta, which can contain gluten, Chef Frank made a potato linguine with garlic and olive oil. Delicious! Our second dish was Zucchine Limone, which is shredded to look just like spaghetti. The best part was that both dishes were filled with flavor and didn’t put me into a food coma. Light, yet satisfying.
