THE SIP: Whiskey Business with Ancho Reyes


Kaitlin Monte goes Beyond the Bar at Raines Law Room in NYC to learn how to make a Whiskey Business using the original ancho chile liquor, Ancho Reyes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 oz. Overproof Rye Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Ancho Reyes

Shake & strain over ice.  Garnish with a Lemon wheel and sprinkle ancho chile powder.
